Europe’s most prestigious recognition for outstanding achievements in conservation, research, education and public engagement in the field of cultural heritage.

European Heritage Awards

The Awards were launched by the European Commission and Europa Nostra in 2002. Each year, they recognise up to 30 outstanding achievements, among which up to five Grand Prix awards are presented, together with the Public Choice Award.
